consolidation of historical sub-registries

Three pre-2014 sub-registries, two academic and one private, have been formally consolidated into the present registry. Each holding has been re-keyed under the post-2014 numbering scheme; a concordance is published separately.

Where the original record contained material that fell outside the registry's current scope, the entry is preserved with a note explaining its retention.
