Photoluminescence decay measurements after 365 nm excitation show a long-lived component (τ ≈ 18 s) inconsistent with intrinsic defect emission for this composition. The amplitude of the long-lived component is reproducible across cooling cycles to 77 K. Decay parameters do not depend on excitation power within the tested range.
