Cathodoluminescence imaging reveals a faint regular pattern of bright bands at approximately 90 nm spacing, visible only in the (001) section. The pattern is invariant under specimen rotation and does not correlate with chemical zoning by EDX. No identification of the underlying ordering has been advanced.
