rolling review of withdrawn records
The standing registrar will commence a rolling review of withdrawn records, with the aim of confirming or revising the original ground for withdrawal in light of subsequent evidence.
Records that survive the review unchanged will carry no additional notice. Records whose withdrawal is revised will be re-issued under their original identifier with a clear errata entry.
